Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and haven't used Pro features since the renewal date.

How to request

Email support@fair-tools.net from your account email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Your account returns to the Free plan. As always, every QR code you created keeps working.
