Terms of Service

FairQR ("the Service") is operated by Fair Tools ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

FairQR lets you create dynamic QR codes that redirect through links we host, with scan analytics. Free-plan codes keep redirecting indefinitely; we will not disable an existing redirect because a subscription ended.

Acceptable use

• No phishing, malware, or deceptive redirects.
• No illegal content or destinations that violate applicable law.
• No attempts to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may disable individual redirects that violate these rules, and this is the only case in which we ever disable a code.

Billing

Pro is a subscription billed via Stripe ($4/month or $39/year). You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Continuity promise

If we ever shut down the Service, we will give at least 12 months' notice, provide a free export of your codes and destinations, and publish a self-host guide for redirects.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for destinations you configure or for losses caused by third-party content.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
